Today, the Kewota fraternity set up a tent in Kirinyaga, Kutus, to show support for a Coordinator who had lost a son.
The KEWOTA team was led National Treasure (NT) Jacinta Ndegwa comprised of coordinators Nancy Muhindi (Kiambu), Ruth Nditu (Makueni), Rosa Ngenye (nakuru) and Lydia Kaburugu (Laikipia) who shared a touching moment at St. Bahkita Kimburia Girls in Kirinyaga County.
“When a woman loses a kid, we understand the anguish she feels,” said Nditu. In a speech delivered by the National Treasurer Jacinta Ndegwa. Ndegwa asked for God to dry up her tears.
Ndegwa continued by stating that she was speechless in the wake of the passing of Wilikister Muiruri’s kid.
“May God bless you sisters for standing with one of our own at her lowest point. May the almighty God give you and your family grace to endure the loss ,” added Ndegwa.
NT encouraged Wilikister with a saying from Nigeria: It’s only the water that has poured but the pot is still there to hold more water.
Kuppet Kirinyaga County leadership and many teachers also joined KEWOTA team.
