The Elgeyo Marakwet Chapter on Saturday held their table banking official launch in Iten.
The meeting was attended by the coordinator Agnes Sorim and Madam Silvia Osano from the head office.
The Deputy Principal of Kimwogo Secondary School who was also present was delighted to have recruited teachers from her staffroom to join KEWOTA.
The meeting also delved into better ways of running the banking group as well as choosing leadership.
Table Banking is one of the KEWOTA’s flagship project which aims to empower various teacher groups in Kenya under KEWOTA.
