Leadership is about taking the lead and not always about spending resources.
This is was the case this week when Kilifi Coordinator Joyce Ningala aka Pastor Kazungu came across a bright boy who could not join Form One due to lack of fees.
Story has it that Joyce had been away when the issue of the student arose in her school.
However, everyone thought that only her could help.
So when she reported to school the following day, she looked for the boy and led him to COINS FOR KENYA offices and made sure he got scholarship to High School.
