KEWOTA’s Murang’a Chapter also as Chapter 21 yesterday held a table banking meeting that laid ground rules for their chapter successful operations.
During the meeting, officiated by KEWOTA Table Banking Manager Miss Sylvia Osano also delved on the importance of registering their table banking as it creates room for continuity.
She also highlighted the importance of having a bank account as opposed to cash storage which has so many risks.
At the same time, the team was trained on the importance of book keeping in any financial group.
” Your strength lies in being part of a team united through a common goal.” said Sylvia.
Sylvia further delved on activities that Kewota has lined up for teachers as well as the need for their financial growth as women teachers which is at the centre of KEWOTA’s focus.
