The objective of any teachers induction activity for Teachers Service Commission is meant to enlighten newly recruited to the profession to avoid professiona misconduct which can lead to disciplinary measures being taken against an individual.
Earlier today, Kisumu County KEWOTA coordinator Madam Rosemary Adongo graced the induction seminar for the newly recruited teachers accompanied by Fred Juma The Kisumu Male Representative, Joseph Orido and Dr Onyango Otieno from the Secretariat and Communication department.
The event which was held at Onjiko AIC Hall in Nyando Sub-County gave teachers present an opportunity to raise pertinent issues about the Association and enlightened the members on the 12 agenda points, achievements,gains of being a member of the association and on the need of starting to invest at the earlier years of service.
