Dorothy Muthoni, the National Chairperson of the Kenya Women Teachers association was recently sworn in as the member of Parliament representing women workers in the country.
This nomination is a confirmation of the KEWOTA advocacy efforts to ensure women teachers are represented in policy-making positions.
