


ABOUT KEWOTA
The Kenya Women Teachers Association(KEWOTA) is a vibrant welfare society and community for female teachers in Kenya.
The association consists of female teachers employed by the TSC, privately employed female teachers, ECDE female teachers, SNE female teachers and other women in the education sector.

Kewota is passionate about financially empowering female teachers. The leaders work diligently to create, find and lobby for investment opportunities
Career & Workplace Advocacy
Women face several career and workplace challenges and often lack a platform where this issues can be reported and addressed.
SRGBV, GBV, FGM and girl child empowerment
Kewota trains, mentors and sponsors female teachers and works with them to stop gender-based violence and FGM, and to empower the girl child in communities.
